Acts that are bullying are 1) Repeated or Pervasive, 2) Intentional and Impactful, and 3) where there is a Power Imbalance. Below is a helpful link for families, students, and staff to understand the differences between a conflict, teasing, rude, mean, and bullying as they are each different. Although teasing, rude, and mean behavior are inappropriate, they are NOT the same as bullying.
